Can a visitor place an order or do we have to set up an account to place an order?

Account setup is optional for placing orders. However, registered users enjoy exclusive discounts, wishlist features, and order history. You can choose to create an account during checkout

I have forgotten my password/ or wish to change it. How do i do so?

To change your password, simply log in to your account, and you can update it easily.
If you've forgotten your password, select the 'Lost your password' option to initiate a password reset.

Can i place an order over the phone?

You can contact us by sending an email. You will surely receive a response within 24 hours.

ORDER INFORMATION

How long do you take to deliver an order?

Your order typically arrives within 5-7 working days, with possible exceptions for certain regions. Orders placed before 10 AM are dispatched the same day; those after 10 AM go out the next morning.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Orders once placed can’t be canceled.

How do I track my order?

As soon as the order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your email ID provided in the order details.
If not received, feel free to reach out via email for tracking details

Can I return my order as I no longer need it?

We do not process change-of-mind refund requests for opened packages. Otherwise, such requests are considered within 14 days of item delivery. For other details on change-of-mind returns, please refer to our returns page.

May I know what is a back order?

If a high-demand product is out of stock, you can place an order and opt to wait until the stock arrives. During this wait, your order is considered on backorder.
