ORDER INFORMATION
Your order typically arrives within 5-7 working days, with possible exceptions for certain regions. Orders placed before 10 AM are dispatched the same day; those after 10 AM go out the next morning.
Orders once placed can’t be canceled.
As soon as the order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your email ID provided in the order details.

We do not process change-of-mind refund requests for opened packages. Otherwise, such requests are considered within 14 days of item delivery. For other details on change-of-mind returns, please refer to our returns page.
If a high-demand product is out of stock, you can place an order and opt to wait until the stock arrives. During this wait, your order is considered on backorder.
